DOC990 GP MODULE
DOC990 GP MODULE helps patients to find the nearest clinic and also make an appointment for general practitioner (GP) in your area.

The Problem
Client wants to add a new flow for booking general practioners in the area and add it to the existing booking platform. Patients cant find the doctors and nearest clinics in your area easily.
The Objectives
After had some meetings with the clients we decided to give separate options from their existing application to navigate to the GP Module booking platform.
Then we established primary project goals.
1. Implement easy navigation to GP Module for users.
2. Introduce search functionality for doctors and clinics.
3. Introduce a way to directly get the nearest clinics in the area.
4. Implement the Dr booking flow.
5. Make Dr Profile and hospital profile sections.
6. Improve overall look-and-feel of the system.
Design Process
1. Empathize
We started to had some meetings with the client and they want to make it indentical to the
existing Docc990 platform with some new improvements to the newly introduce GP module.
Here we identified our main target user group is patients and we identify thier problem and pain points first therefore we
conducted some limited no of interviews with selected patients based on the tight timeline.
2. Define
Based on the interviews and meetings we indentified their pain points and needs as mentioned in the Empathize stage.
3. Ideate
We started to ideate solutions and sketch ideas.
When sketching ideas we focused on following points.
Based on the sketched wireframes we conduct a brainstorm
session to discuss about each idea. And also we have discussed with our development team as well.
After that we come with some good ideas and present into the clients and got the feedback from them.
After few iterations we were able to finalize wireframes and user flows.
4. Prototype
We used Adobe XD for prototyping purpose. We had multiple rounds of reviewing, brainstorming together with stakeholders and development team to maka a better product for the users.
